USB DVB-T tuner and setting universal remote control

In the market you can see many manufactures of USB DVB-Ts tuners but there is a good chance that inside plastic box is fitted Realtek chip which allow you to change IR keys and associated commands to allow you use universal remote control.

I am using notonlytv LV5TDELUXE with Realtek chip RTL2832U and very cheap but also good universal remote control EMTEC H640 4in1

Howto

1. Open Realtek's graphic tool as Administrator HIDIR_Edit.exe located usually somewehere in C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\REALTEK DTV USB DEVICE
2. Press some buttons on remote control and check if there is changing value IR code (HEX) 
3. Assign to all buttons you would like to use custom hotkey value
4. Save your setup to TXT
5.  Finaly press Save IR_MAP which writes the values to the Windows register
6. Unplug your tuner from USB and plugin again.
7. Woalaaa system should react as you setted up

If you see some keys not working as desired be sure your remote control doesn't shine same IR code for different buttons. I have choosed good working code for EMTEC remote control as 0905
